As Pulse continues to expand its network of NHS hospital partnerships and advertising opportunities across the UK, we’re growing our team to match. We’re delighted to welcome Olivia and Shannon, who have joined our marketing and operations teams.

It’s an exciting time for Pulse with more NHS Trusts and advertisers than ever before. Behind every successful campaign are the individuals working hard to make it happen. That’s why we’re pleased to be expanding our team with two fantastic new additions, bringing new skills and valuable support to the business.

Fresh ideas and creative energy: Welcome, Olivia

Olivia has joined our Marketing Team, working alongside Louise to raise awareness of Pulse and showcase the opportunities hospital advertising offers to advertisers and the NHS.

With a flair for design, a talent for social media and plenty of creative ideas, Olivia has already made her mark on the team. From creating engaging content to helping share the campaigns reaching people every day, she’ll play an important role in telling the Pulse story as our network continues to grow.

Based in Hove, Sussex, Olivia is looking forward to developing ideas, bringing our campaigns to life and helping even more people discover the value of hospital advertising.

Louise said: “We’re so pleased to welcome Olivia to the team. It’s a really exciting time for Pulse, and we have lots of ambitious plans for our marketing. Olivia is a fantastic addition, and she’s already made a big impact in her first few weeks.”

Keeping campaigns moving: Meet Shannon

Joining our Operations Team, Shannon takes on the role of Operations Administrator, working closely with Lindsey and Carrie to help keep our growing number of campaigns running smoothly.

From coordinating campaign start dates and preparing posting reports for clients, to maintaining important internal and NHS Trust panel records, Shannon will play a key role in the organisation and delivery of our campaigns. She’ll also support the scheduling of our digital screens, helping to ensure advertising is delivered efficiently across our hospital network.

Outside work, Shannon lives in Kent and, alongside Carrie, spends many weekends cheering on their sons as they play for the Ebbsfleet United Whites Under-11s.

Lindsey said: “I’m so glad Shannon has joined the team. Over the last couple of years, the number of campaigns has increased, and we needed someone to help ensure the Operations Team continues to run smoothly. Shannon will play a huge part in strengthening the team and supporting us across many areas, so we can continue to deliver campaigns efficiently. She’s already made such a difference.”

Welcome to Pulse, Olivia and Shannon!

With new ideas in marketing and additional support across operations, Olivia and Shannon are joining Pulse at an exciting time. We’re delighted to have them both on board and look forward to what we’ll achieve together.
