A huge well done to Charlie and the Ebbsfleet United Whites Under 10s team, who have enjoyed two outstanding weekends of football packed with team spirit and experiences.
A fantastic finish at the SELKENT final
The action kicked off on Sunday 26th April 2026 with the SELKENT Final. While the result didn’t quite fall their way, the boys showed incredible determination and resilience throughout, finishing an impressive 3rd place among all SELKENT Under 10s teams.
The day itself was one to remember and one of the standout moments was walking out onto the pitch alongside the referee – a brilliant first-time experience for the boys. With the sun shining and a buzzing atmosphere, it was a fantastic way to end to the season.
Heading to Butlins for the ESF26 Tournament
The excitement didn’t stop there as this May bank holiday weekend the team headed to Butlins for the ESF26 Tournament which is the largest youth football tournament in the UK. This was an incredible opportunity for the boys, combining competitive football with fun, team bonding, and plenty of time to explore the rides at Butlins!
On the pitch, the team delivered another strong performance, playing with skill, passion, and great team spirit. Their efforts were rewarded as they were presented with medals by football stars Emmanuel Petit and Fran Kirby. For Charlie, a devoted Arsenal fan, meeting Petit was a dream come true…so much so that he didn’t want to wash the hand he shook with him afterwards!
The weather just about held out, although in true bank holiday fashion, players and spectators were caught in a sudden torrential downpour that no one was expecting.
Proud to support grassroots football
Everyone at Pulse is incredibly proud of the team’s achievements, especially Charlie’s mum and our Project Manager, Carrie, who has supported the boys every step of the way.
Congratulations to the Ebbsfleet United Whites U10s, we can’t wait to see where your football journey takes you next.
