Pulse partners with Portsmouth Hospitals and Isle of Wight NHS Trusts to launch new advertising opportunities

Pulse is proud to announce a new partnership with Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and the Isle of Wight NHS Trust, bringing advertising opportunities to two of the South Coast’s most vital healthcare settings. The initiative expands Pulse’s reach while supporting local NHS services through hospital advertising.

Pulse has installed and is managing a network of digital advertising screens and strategic poster placements across two hospitals:

Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, one of the largest hospitals on the South Coast, serves a catchment of 675,000 people across Portsmouth and Southeast Hampshire. The hospital also provides regional services to more than 2 million people.

St. Mary’s Hospital in Newport serves the island’s resident population of around 140,000 people, which increases to over 230,000 people throughout the summer months with visitors.

New out-of-home advertising opportunities across the region

“We’re thrilled to be working alongside Portsmouth Hospitals and Isle of Wight NHS Trusts,” said Sonia Simpson, Director at Pulse. “These locations are essential community hubs that offer high-impact environments for thoughtful brand messaging. We are pleased to be creating advertising opportunities that integrate respectfully and seamlessly while delivering strong community engagement for our advertisers.”

Through a mix of digital screens and traditional formats, Pulse now offers local and national organisations the ability to promote services, raise brand awareness, or deliver public health and wellbeing campaigns within these trusted settings. Importantly, a portion of advertising revenue is reinvested into hospital initiatives, helping to improve patient care, staff wellbeing, and facilities within each Trust.
