Pulse is happy to say that we have again increased our presence in the Home Counties, having entered into partnership with Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Trust in Guildford.

The Trust provides emergency and general hospital services to a population of more than 333,000 across south west Surrey. In addition, as home to the St Luke’s Cancer Centre, it offers state of the art treatment to a population of around 2 million across Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire, as well as further afield across the UK and abroad.

The Trust employs over 4,000 members of staff, making it one of Guildford’s largest employers, all of whom are supported by a group of over 500 volunteers. This is great news given that RSCH welcomes around 336,000 outpatients a year, alongside 74,000 A&E attendees and 90,000 admissions. In addition, the maternity team deliver around 3,000 every year.

We look forward to supporting the Trust in the coming years.
