We are so pleased to have a new partnership to announce: Aneurin Bevan University Health Board! It’s particularly poignant that we can announce this today, on the 73rd birthday of the NHS, which was founded by the Board’s namesake, Aneurin Bevan.
The Health Board, in South Wales, covers the areas of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport, Torfaen and South Powys. The Board employs over 14,000 staff members and handles an enormous 1.13m outpatient appointments a year. Our partnership will commence at the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport, which has its origins in the Newport Dispensary that was founded in Llanarth Street in 1839.
