Our agencies growth in the North West of England continues as Pulse partners with a brand new Trust. The University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust is our first in Manchester and adds another major acute teaching hospital, Wythenshawe, to our estate.

Wythenshawe Hospital is recognised as a centre of clinical excellence, most notably for cancer, breast care, cardiology, heart and lung transplants, respiratory conditions and burns. The hospital serves not only the people of South Manchester but those across the North West and beyond.

Supporting Wythenshawe is Withington Community Hospital in nearby East Didsbury, providing specialist care in dermatology, urology, audiology, ENT and therapies, as well as a large outpatients department that sees over 155,000 patients each year.

The Trust employs over 5,900 members of staff and has over 500 regular volunteers.
